About Us

Prior to founding Park House Realty Capital, Michael Amirkhanian was an Executive Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield where he was named a Top 100 producer across North and South America, as well as a Costar Powerbroker. He has been an advisor, as well as principal investor, in multifamily and mixed-use properties across Central Brooklyn since 2007 (over 250 transactions with an aggregate consideration over $700,000,000) and formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Bedford-Stuyvesant Gateway Business Improvement District (BID). Michael was an SVP at Massey Knakal Realty Service prior to C&W’s acquisition of MKRS in 2014 where he was awarded the Richard Marcinko Award for Tenacity, Loyalty and Single-Mindedness in Purpose in the Pursuit of Excellence, as well as the PIER Award for Representing Overall Core Values. Prior to MKRS, he was an Analyst at Transwestern Commercial where he helped produce the quarterly multifamily publication for the DC Metro market.

Michael served as Chairman of the Board (‘18-‘21) of Reconnect New York – a non-profit founded to empower underserved youth at the fringes through entrepreneurship. He was a dean’s list graduate of the Kogod School of Business at American University (’03) where he was recruited as a D1 scholarship track and field athlete. He currently lives in Studio City, CA with his wife, Dr. Kareena Kevork, a Lecturer of Pediatric Dentistry, Dental Anesthesiology at UCLA and Principal at West Coast Sedation. The two maintain an endowment dedicated towards supporting women entrepreneurship programs in Yerevan, Armenia.
